Training Services
1. EVolution Training Centre offers Electric Vehicle (EV) training courses and workshops. All training materials, programs, and resources provided are for educational purposes only.
2. Enrollment in a training course is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or availability without prior notice.
3. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites or eligibility requirements for the courses they wish to enroll in.
Payments and Fees
1. All payments for training courses, workshops, or any services offered by EVolution Training Centre are non-refundable.
2. The fees for the training services are as stated on the website or as communicated to you at the time of booking.
3. In the case of additional charges (e.g., accommodation), payments must be made in full before the services are provided.
Accommodation and Food
1. Accommodation: Please note that our training services do not include accommodation. Accommodation is available at an additional charge of **Rs. 3,000** only.
2. Food: The hostel provides meals as part of the accommodation, at no additional charge. However, if you are not satisfied with the hostel’s food, you are free to arrange your own meals or dine outside the hostel.
No Return & No Refund Policy
1. Once payment has been made for a course or service, EVolution Training Centre does not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
2. In case of any cancellations or changes in the course schedule, we will notify you in advance and make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative solutions, but no refunds will be issued.
Disciplinary Policy
1. We maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the training program, will not be tolerated.
2. Participants found violating the disciplinary standards will be removed from the course without any refund or compensation.
Intellectual Property
1. All content, materials, and resources provided by EVolution Training Centre, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, images, and branding, are the intellectual property of EV Craze and are protected by copyright laws.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without express written permission from EVolution Training Centre.
Limitation of Liability
1. EVolution Training Centre is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the course of training or in connection with any accommodation or meals provided.
2. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or participation in our training programs.
Privacy & Data Protection
1. We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
